The Client Services Specialist II is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and sales representatives while serving as the primary point of contact for both. This position supports account management, client satisfaction, and coordination with the Sales team and Laboratory teams to deliver the highest level of customer service. The Client Services Specialist II also handles and reports escalated customer concerns and provides effective problem-solving support.
