About the position

The Client Services Manager at Anderson Merchandisers LLC plays a crucial role in maintaining and expanding the company's client base. The Client Services Manager will serve as a vital link between clients and the internal Client Services team, ensuring that clients are well-informed about the extensive capabilities of the company's products. This role also involves significant cross-departmental collaboration aimed at enhancing customer support initiatives and improving overall customer satisfaction. In this position, the Client Services Manager will manage accounts that are project-based or small continuity accounts, typically with a volume of $3 million or higher. The role requires the development of open and effective communication channels with each client, which can be utilized by other departments as well. The manager will coordinate internal projects, determine the best utilization of resources, and encourage revenue growth by inspiring clients to purchase additional services. Regular updates on project progress will be provided to clients, and the manager will attend or hold business reviews to assess sales opportunities. Building and maintaining strong internal relationships is essential to maximize field execution and ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client that can be employed by other departments.
  • Coordinate internal projects and determine the best utilization of resources to increase execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Encourage revenue growth by inspiring clients to purchase additional services.
  • Become the reliable point of contact for each customer to establish a strong business relationship.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of projects and programs that directly affect each client.
  • Attend/hold business reviews to assess opportunities for sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong internal relationships to maximize field execution.

Requirements

  • 0-3 years experience in account management experience.
  • 1+ years experience in a management position preferred.
  • Proven ability to utilize the DASH platform required.
  • Strong communication skills required.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines.
