About the position

The Client Services Coordinator at the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) is responsible for ensuring the fulfillment of contractual obligations related to client service contracts. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned external clients post-sale, coordinating with various internal teams to ensure smooth execution of contracts and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer service excellence and consistency.
• Proficiently use necessary technologies and programs to complete tasks.
• Review contract requirements, special provisions, and terms with sales representatives; clarify all facets of the agreement to ensure deliverables.
• Develop and implement deal fulfillment plans to ensure on-time deliverables and clear internal expectations.
• Track and manage the fulfillment process from project initiation through payment processing using organizational systems applications.
• Report and collaborate with internal resources to resolve customer issues and challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with customer management systems (CRMs); Salesforce preferred.
• High degree of organization and detail orientation.
