About The Position
Viviano Flower Shop of St. Clair Shores, MI is seeking to hire a friendly and diligent Client Services Associate. Since opening in 1937, the Viviano family and staff have worked earnestly to provide our patrons with stunning fresh flowers, plants, and gifts complemented by outstanding artistry, service, value, and customer service. As a Client Services Associate, you will be an integral part of our team, helping us deliver on our promise of excellence, and serving others by delighting people for all of life's celebrations.
Requirements

- Ability to stand on their feet and walk for up to 10 hours per day
- Availability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends
Responsibilities
- Review customer orders for accuracy of spelling, grammar, and product
- Distribute customer orders to the correct departments
- Answer calls from all departments and customers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Assist with customer services
- Assist the sales department
