This role involves completing a structured training program covering financial services concepts, systems, products, and client processes. The Client Service Associate will serve as a first point of contact for financial advisors and their clients (investors), handling a high volume of inbound calls (approximately 25–30 per day), with volume increasing as proficiency improves. Responsibilities include responding to account-related inquiries, assisting with processing and supporting financial transactions, providing accurate and timely customer service, troubleshooting issues, researching account activity, and resolving client concerns efficiently. The associate will navigate multiple internal systems and tools, maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, and contribute to a team environment focused on service quality, accuracy, and operational effectiveness.
