GreenShield is a not-for-profit social enterprise that brings together coverage and care to create better health for all Canadians. They are looking for a Client Service Representative to be the voice of GS to clients and plan advisors, working with Business Development Managers, Account Managers, and internal partners. This role involves regular communication with plan administrators and advisors to answer questions and solve problems, educating clients on GS processes and tools, and playing a key role in implementing new clients and managing benefit administration. The representative will also attend client meetings, assist with plan advisor meetings, and run reports from Advantage to provide quality information.
