The Client Service Representative plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service in a veterinary setting. This position involves managing a high volume of calls, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and interacting with clients to ensure their needs are met. The representative will also educate pet owners about available products and services, contributing to a positive experience for both clients and their pets.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of calls throughout the day.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Take prescription requests in person, over the phone, and via fax.
• Update electronic patient records and attach records/images.
• Check in/out patients and process payments at check-out.
• Interact with doctors and technicians to respond to client questions.
• Help educate owners about available products and services.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Calm under pressure with patience.
• Experience working with Word and Excel.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.

Nice-to-haves
