About the position
Clocktower Animal Hospital is seeking a Client Service Representative to provide exceptional client service and support in a busy veterinary environment. This role involves interacting with clients, managing appointments, and assisting veterinary staff, contributing to the overall care of companion animals.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and maintaining medical charts
- Providing clients with basic information and directing questions as needed
- Answering and directing multiple phone lines
- Scheduling appointments
- Taking prescription refill requests and filling them
- Assisting the Technicians and/or Doctors as needed
Requirements
- Experience in the veterinary field is preferred, but not required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable for scheduled shifts
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to stay busy and multi-task
- Self-disciplined
- Ability to follow through on assigned tasks
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong work ethic
- High School Diploma or equivalency
Nice-to-haves
