About the position

The Client Service Coordinator and Executive Assistant at SharpePoint is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative, operational, and client service support to Financial Advisors. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth communication and efficient management of client requests, paperwork, and scheduling, all while maintaining a professional yet relaxed work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative, operational, and client service support to Financial Advisors.
  • Assist with client service requests and general operational support.
  • Research questions and issues related to client needs.
  • Process paperwork and manage calendars for Financial Advisors.
  • Support client/prospect meetings and events, maintaining records and notes.
  • Communicate with clients, internal business partners, and external vendors.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and make outbound calls to clients/prospects.
  • Aid Advisors in preparing client illustrations, graphs, charts, and reports for presentations.
  • Prepare and complete client paperwork and follow-up tasks to support Advisors.
  • Assist in entering trades instructed by clients or Advisors.

Requirements

  • Related experience in customer service and wealth management is required.
  • Experience with life/annuity insurance products is preferred.
  • Licensing such as Life, Accident & Health Insurance License, FINRA Series 6 or 7, & 66 (or 63/65 combo) is preferred.
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Understanding of investment and insurance products is necessary.
  • Strong initiative, attention to detail, and quality focus are required.
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize work effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new financial industry-specific programs.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in a financial services environment.
  • Familiarity with ORION, RedTail, and Naviplan software.
