About The Position

Skyline Wealth Strategies is seeking a motivated, relationship-focused professional interested in building a long-term career in wealth management. This position begins in client relationship management, providing hands-on exposure to client service, advisor operations, financial planning processes, and wealth management strategies. Through Skyline's structured training approach, successful candidates will have the opportunity to begin transitioning into advisor responsibilities within approximately six months. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, wants to learn the financial advisory business from the ground up, and is committed to developing into a future Financial Advisor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • 2+ years of experience in client service, relationship management, hospitality, banking, insurance, sales, or another client-facing role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Professional presence and desire to work directly with clients
  • Interest in financial planning, wealth management, and advisory services
  • Ambition to grow into a Financial Advisor role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors
  • Coordinate advisor calendars and client appointments
  • Support meeting preparation and follow-up activities
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and client documentation
  • Assist with client onboarding and account servicing
  • Support seminars, events, and client relationship activities
  • Learn Skyline's planning process, client experience standards, and operational workflows
  • Participate in client meetings
  • Learn financial planning fundamentals
  • Support retirement and wealth planning discussions
  • Build client relationship management skills
  • Prepare for a transition into advisor responsibilities
