We are looking for an experienced payments professional to join our Insights team as our Client Insights Manager, acting as the conduit between Insights and other teams within CMSPI. Our purpose-driven department works closely with merchants to create a more competitive, transparent, accessible, and secure payments ecosystem. Working within the Insights team, the Client Insights swim lane exists to ensure that CMSPI’s Fortune 500 client base has access to the latest developments in the payments industry, and to drive expertise and growth across the business. As our Client Insights Manager, you will be responsible for powering the growth of our Insights team, CMSPI’s payments market experts. Day-to-day, you will be using your knowledge and experience to enhance our client and sales prospect relationships, develop members of the team and link our Insights team to other key teams within the business. Your role will have an impact right away, and has been labelled as one of the most important roles within the business because of its critical impact both internally and externally.
