Requirements

Previous veterinary reception, customer service, or medical office experience preferred
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
Detail-oriented and organized
Professional, calm, and compassionate with clients and teammates
Confident handling phones, scheduling, and client interactions
A positive team player passionate about client care

Responsibilities

Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
Serve as a communication liaison between clients and the medical team
Schedule appointments and manage phone, email, and client communications
Support smooth patient flow and front desk operations
Review estimates, invoices, treatment plans, and discharge instructions with clients
Maintain accurate medical records and client information
Assist in resolving client concerns with professionalism and compassion
Help maintain an organized, welcoming reception area
Support the team wherever needed
