About the position

The Client Experience Host at Rolex Lenox is responsible for delivering a World Class Client Experience to all clients. This role emphasizes exceptional communication and hospitality skills to engage clients and create unique experiences. The host will embody the company culture, support transactional processes, and maintain high standards of service and showroom presentation.

Responsibilities

  • Be a role model for the company culture, ensuring an exceptional client experience for every client.
  • Support transactional processes according to Rolex Way.
  • Deliver all aspects of hospitality as per WOS expectations and objectives.
  • Promote a positive and enjoyable atmosphere in the showroom.
  • Enhance in-showroom hospitality through research and creative thinking.
  • Welcome clients in a timely manner and use CRM to facilitate unique client experiences.
  • Probe clients to discover likes and dislikes to personalize each experience.
  • Support all aspects of the client experience and individual client journey.
  • Maintain showroom housekeeping standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Keep up to date with product and service knowledge.
  • Complete all training requirements through E-learning and other sources.
  • Be the first point of contact with all clients.
  • Attend departmental meetings and represent the showroom at internal and external meetings.
  • Recommend changes to systems and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure all new systems and data are secure and confidentiality is maintained.
  • Fulfill Watches of Switzerland Group expectations and adhere to dress code standards.
  • Perform all duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Jewelry/watch product knowledge preferred.
  • Experience with hospitality strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build excellent working relationships with clients.
  • Understanding of World Class Client Experience.
  • Basic selling skills techniques.
  • Experience of working within a high performing team.
  • IT literate and flexible/adaptable to change.
  • Confidentiality at the highest level and a professional approach at all times.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
