About the position
The Client Experience Associate role at Farther's WealthFactor team focuses on providing personalized wealth management services. The position involves supporting client interactions, maintaining compliance, and collaborating with financial planners to optimize client wealth management strategies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in custodial services and a strong attention to detail, contributing to a team dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date client files.
- Facilitate the completion of forms and electronic processes with clients and custodians.
- Support the maintenance of systems, data, and reports in Black Diamond Portfolio Accounting.
- Collaborate with experts and planners, keeping organized records for prospects and clients.
- Participate in client communications to understand their situations and actionable items.
- Launch and monitor task actions needed to execute client actions.
- Organize and prepare responses for client inquiries and provide support during meetings.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Requirements
- 5+ years working for a fee-only independent RIA.
- 5+ years working with Schwab and/or Fidelity.
- 5+ years experience with Black Diamond.
- Proficiency with G-Suite is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong ability to manage and track diverse tasks involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong electronic and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with Right Capital is a plus.
