About the position

The Client Coordinator I (CCI) is responsible for supervising clients at AMFM Healthcare, ensuring a safe and supportive environment that promotes well-being and recovery. This role involves collaboration with management and clinical staff, and requires knowledge of mental health recovery concepts. The CCI will coordinate client activities, manage medication, and maintain a hygienic living environment while adhering to organizational policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise clients participating in the program to ensure safety and support.
  • Coordinate and transport clients to daily activities, ensuring timely arrivals.
  • Utilize intervention and communication skills with clients and their families.
  • Adhere to Joint Commission policies and procedures, including infection control and emergency management.
  • Document client activities using the BestNotes electronic health record system.
  • Collaborate with the program nurse regarding medication management and monitor client behavior.
  • Conduct orientation for new residents on safety procedures and emergency protocols.
  • Facilitate recovery activities and document participation in the electronic health record.
  • Conduct observation rounds to ensure client safety and document behavior.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the residences.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years or older to apply.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification required.
  • Ability to work on a computer and communicate effectively in written and verbal formats.
  • Knowledge of clinical and medical terminology related to client care.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a healthcare or client services environment.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
