Client Contracts Administrator

About the position

The position involves performing and coordinating all activities necessary to execute client contracts for all Federated Hermes' domestic markets. This includes validating that contracts receive the appropriate authorization, signatures, and review before issuance, ensuring agreements are reviewed and executed expeditiously through periodic due diligence and reporting to Investor Services and Sales Senior Management. The role also requires responding to inquiries from clients, service teams, auditors, regulators, and any other parties requesting information about or copies of client contracts.

Responsibilities

• Validates that contracts receive the appropriate authorization, signatures and review before issuance
• Ensures agreements are reviewed and executed expeditiously through periodic due diligence and reporting to Investor Services and Sales Senior Management
• Respond to inquiries from clients, service teams, auditors, regulators and any other parties requesting information about or copies of client contracts
• Tracks and reports status of proposed agreements at all points through the execution process using DocuSign
• Maintain and enhance internal system for tracking and storing contracts
• Maintain and update contract, clauses, and letter templates in online repository and SharePoint
• Create, maintain, and update workflow documents to reflect current processes

Requirements

• Associates degree or equivalent experience
• Up to 3 years of relevant legal, administrative, or client service experience
• Basic understanding of client fees and contractual responsibilities
• Experience with Microsoft products such as Word and Excel
