About the position

As a Tiffany Client Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in embodying the Tiffany brand during every client interaction. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver the Tiffany Experience, ensuring that each client feels valued and appreciated. This position requires a blend of excellent communication skills and a passion for the Tiffany brand, which you will convey in every conversation. You will be expected to develop strong client relationships and exceed commercial targets by building your own business through client engagement and outreach. Your entrepreneurial spirit will be essential in fostering a clienteling culture that encourages client development and drives sales. In terms of sales responsibilities, you will deepen relationships with clients to drive lifetime loyalty and spending. Achieving or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets will be a key performance indicator for your role. You will capture client data and cultivate both new and existing client relationships, delivering a significant portion of sales through repeat business. Identifying innovative ways to enhance the client experience during appointments will be crucial, as will driving business through key product pillars and converting clients through curiosity and discovery. On the service side, you will elevate the in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments to every client. As a Tiffany brand ambassador, you will demonstrate passion during every selling ceremony, utilizing the Tiffany Touch to create a personal connection with clients. Embracing and leveraging client feedback will be essential in optimizing hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences. You will also connect with clients' wardrobes to provide styling advice, ensuring that each interaction is tailored to their individual needs.

Requirements

  • Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience (e.g., hospitality).
  • Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
  • Ability to connect with clients and build strong relationships.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
  • Must have authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based.
