The Client Advisor must practice ethical sales behaviors and maintain a balanced cash drawer while addressing customer concerns effectively. The position requires a flexible schedule, including the ability to work weekends and non-standard hours as needed. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 6 months cash handling experience required.
  • College degree or 1+ years in retail sales and/or financial services experience required.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and exercise a high degree of initiative.
  • PC Proficiency in Desktop, Laptop, Tablet, and Smartphone devices as well as Microsoft Office Suite software.
