About the position

The Tiffany Client Advisor position is a pivotal role that embodies the Tiffany brand through exceptional client interactions. This role focuses on building and nurturing client relationships, exceeding sales targets, and delivering a memorable in-store experience that reflects the brand's values of optimism, love, inclusivity, and creativity. The Client Advisor is expected to be a passionate brand ambassador, driving business through repeat client engagements and innovative service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction using personal flair.
  • Communicate effectively and act as a brand ambassador for Tiffany.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to exceed commercial targets.
  • Foster a clienteling culture and encourage entrepreneurial spirit among clients.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
  • Capture and cultivate client data to enhance relationships.
  • Deliver significant sales through repeat client business.
  • Identify innovative ways to enhance client experiences during appointments.
  • Drive business through key product pillars and convert clients through curiosity and discovery.
  • Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments to every client.
  • Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during selling ceremonies.
  • Leverage client feedback to improve in-store experiences and act on NPS performance.
  • Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences.
  • Connect with clients' wardrobes to provide styling advice.

Requirements

  • Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience (e.g., hospitality).
  • Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
  • Ability to connect with clients effectively.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
  • Must have authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based.
