About the position

The Client Advisor at Ferragamo USA Inc. is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating emotionally enriched relationships with clients. This role involves understanding client desires, managing sales, and ensuring a memorable client experience through personalized interactions and CRM initiatives. The Client Advisor plays a key role in driving sales performance while embodying the brand's commitment to luxury and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor to drive individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results.
  • Promote a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.
  • Assist operations team by maintaining stock of designated area on selling floor and in stock room.
  • Transform each client experience into magical moments by creating a hand-crafted experience.
  • Cultivate long-term authentic bonds with clients, making them feel valued and engaged.
  • Play an active role on the selling floor to ensure a memorable client experience.
  • Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge.
  • Promote cross-selling to increase UPT sales metrics.
  • Capture customer data in the company's CRM database to maintain and develop relationships.
  • Think innovatively about improving client experiences and generating new value.
  • Understand company set KPIs and identify strategies to enhance performance standards.

Requirements

  • Intuitive sales associate with a passion for style and luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle clients with care and empathy.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management, both in person and on the telephone.
  • Computer knowledge to track inventory and manage CRM data.
  • Ability to multi-task while being attentive to customers and flexible to business needs.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independently.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of a second language preferred.
  • Previous luxury retail experience is a plus.
