About the position

As a Tiffany Client Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in embodying the Tiffany brand through exceptional client interactions. Your primary focus will be on building and nurturing client relationships, exceeding sales targets, and delivering the Tiffany Experience that reflects the brand's values of optimism, love, inclusivity, and creativity. This position requires a passion for luxury retail and a commitment to providing memorable experiences for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction using the Tiffany touch.
  • Communicate effectively and act as a brand ambassador for Tiffany.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to exceed commercial targets.
  • Foster a clienteling culture and encourage entrepreneurial spirit among team members.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
  • Capture and cultivate client data to enhance relationships.
  • Deliver significant sales through repeat client business.
  • Identify innovative ways to enhance client experiences during appointments.
  • Drive business through key product pillars and convert clients through curiosity and discovery.
  • Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments to every client.
  • Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during selling ceremonies.
  • Leverage client feedback to improve in-store experiences and act on NPS performance.

Requirements

  • Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience (e.g., hospitality).
  • Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
  • Ability to connect with clients effectively.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

  • A college/university degree.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages.
