About the position

The Client Advisor at Tiffany & Co. is a pivotal role responsible for delivering the Tiffany Experience to clients, embodying the brand's values of optimism, love, inclusivity, and creativity. This position focuses on building and nurturing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and enhancing the in-store experience through exceptional service and personal touch.

Responsibilities

• Embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction using personal flair.
• Communicate effectively as a brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in every conversation.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to exceed commercial targets.
• Foster a clienteling culture and encourage entrepreneurial spirit among team members.
• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
• Capture and cultivate client data to enhance relationships and drive sales.
• Deliver significant sales through repeat client business and innovative client experiences.
• Drive business through key product pillars and convert clients through curiosity and discovery.
• Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments to every client.
• Demonstrate Client Experience Behaviors and leverage client feedback to improve service.

Requirements

• Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience (e.g., hospitality).
• Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
• Ability to connect with clients and build relationships.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base.
• Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based.
