About the position

The Senior Client Account Manager will play a crucial role in the Telco vertical of Reddit's Large Customer Sales team, focusing on campaign execution and optimizations to help agencies and advertisers achieve their marketing objectives on the Reddit platform. This position requires collaboration with Client Partners and a proactive approach to managing client relationships, ensuring successful campaign launches, and providing insightful recommendations based on performance data.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Client Partners to meet and exceed client marketing goals.
  • Proactively manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners, driving year-over-year revenue growth.
  • Lead and execute campaign launches from start to finish, delivering insightful optimization recommendations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal account operations, managing revenue delivery and troubleshooting issues.
  • Educate brands and media agencies on Reddit's value proposition and best practices for advertising.
  • Consult clients on their awareness and direct response objectives, crafting thoughtful media plans with Client Partners.
  • Collaborate with Ad Ops to ensure effective campaign delivery and resolve technical hurdles.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and market trends to develop KPI-driven recommendations.
  • Represent client needs to cross-functional stakeholders and shape Reddit's native ads product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 7-12 years of experience in advertising sales and account management.
  • Strong understanding of customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem.
  • Expertise with performance/direct response campaigns.
  • Comfortable with diverse problems requiring data analysis.
  • Understanding of digital measurement, tracking fundamentals, and mobile measurement partners.
  • Tenacious and entrepreneurial approach to product, process, and client challenges.
  • Experience cultivating strong relationships with external partners.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and unstructured environment.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel preferred.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
