About The Position

Environment Control is looking for a dependable and motivated Cleaning Supervisor to lead our commercial cleaning teams and help deliver exceptional service to our clients every day. This is a full-time, in-person position with a starting pay of $18+/hour. A company vehicle is provided while on the clock. The ideal candidate has janitorial or commercial cleaning experience and enjoys working with people.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience required
• Janitorial/commercial cleaning experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage time and solve problems effectively
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexible schedule, including occasional weekends

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a PLUS!

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support janitorial staff at commercial accounts
• Assign daily tasks and manage work schedules
• Monitor attendance, performance, and quality standards
• Conduct inspections to ensure excellent cleaning results
• Train new employees on cleaning procedures and safety policies
• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment
• Deliver supplies and equipment to job sites when needed
• Communicate professionally with clients and resolve concerns
• Enforce company policies and maintain safety standards
• Complete reports and daily documentation
