About The Position

We are looking for a full-time, highly motivated residential and commercial property cleaner to join our team of professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in residential or hotel environments. This role requires a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness. This role will also assist our moving crew with packing household or commercial items in preparation for moving.

Requirements

• Previous experience in residential housekeeping, custodial work, or hotel settings is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow specific cleaning protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending and standing for extended periods.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products used in residential cleaning environments.
• Experience with deep, post-construction and move-out cleanings is a plus.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning methods as required.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Reliable and dependable – showing up on time is a must.
• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Follow service orders and Texas Cleaning Services protocols.
• Conduct floor care tasks and top-to-bottom cleanings to maintain the appearance of all surfaces.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or inquiries.
• Load and unload household or commercial items safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
