About the position

Tapia Brothers Company is seeking motivated and safety-minded local CDL Delivery Drivers to join their team in Phoenix, AZ. This full-time position offers guaranteed hours and a family-friendly work environment, focusing on delivering goods efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial delivery vehicle on local routes.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
• Secure loads and unload freight at customer locations.
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing excellent service.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Must have at least 1 year of route delivery experience with a commercial unit.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must possess a valid CDL driver's license and maintain a good driving record.
• MVR points cannot exceed more than 2 points.
• Must pass a background check and pre-employment physical and/or drug and alcohol test.
• Willingness to participate in random drug screenings.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Good communication skills; bilingual is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience making multiple routes per day in a commercial unit.
• CDL A license preferred.
