About The Position

Established in 1949, Shepherd Oil Company operates more than 60 trucks throughout Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Texas with supply from terminals throughout the Midwest. Our Drivers are an integral part of Shepherd Oil Company. This position will work weekends. The days off will be during the week. For example, Tue/Wed or Wed/Thur. This role involves local hauls, ensuring drivers are home every night. The company utilizes late model Peterbilt and Kenworth trucks equipped with Elogs through Samsara.

Requirements

Class A CDL - Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements required
Must be at least 23 years of age
Must be able to drive 13 and/or 18 speed trucks
No minimum driving experience required

Responsibilities

Transport fuel using a Class A CDL vehicle.
Operate late model Peterbilt and Kenworth trucks.
Utilize Elogs through Samsara.
Ensure safety protocols are followed, including the use of forward-facing, in-cab, and side-view cameras.

Average $70,000 - $90,000 annually
