About the position
The Civil Engineer will work alongside a collaborative team of engineers to support the design and development of a variety of projects, including commercial, retail, and residential developments. This role involves planning, designing, and managing civil engineering projects such as site development, utilities, and drainage calculations. The ideal candidate will use AutoCAD Civil 3D to produce detailed engineering drawings, conduct site visits and inspections, and coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure high-quality, on-time project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects
- Planning and site plan development including grading, drainage, zoning, and utilities
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and drive them independently from concept to completion
- Strong understanding of budget and deadline requirements
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
- 2+ years of experience in Civil Site Planning projects including drainage, and design
- 2+ years of experience in Civil 3D
Nice-to-haves
- Commercial and Industrial project experience
- EIT or PE License
