Additionally, the coordinator will evaluate risks and threats related to the Civil 3D software platform to protect company information systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and consulting to design teams on Civil 3D software.
• Implement standards and provide technical support to streamline operations.
• Collaborate with CAD, BIM, and GIS experts to develop technical solutions.
• Evaluate risks and threats related to the Civil 3D software platform.
• Coordinate training needs with teams on an as-needed basis.
• Assist teams with design workflows as they relate to Civil 3D.
• Manage communication with Civil 3D users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and files related to Civil 3D.
• Oversee installation and license management of Civil 3D software.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Expert-level knowledge of Civil 3D software and its configurations.
• Minimum six years of experience in a related position.
• Associate degree or some college preferred in computer-aided drafting and design technology or a related area.
• Well-organized and process-driven with strong self-motivation.
