Responsibilities

• Connect with patients and medical staff in the chiropractic clinic.
• Order supplies and schedule staff as needed.
• Network with the community to promote the clinic.
• Implement marketing ideas and creative options, including community events and social media.
• Communicate effectively in group settings and with team members.
• Utilize customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and patients.
• Identify and contact prospective business partners for collaboration.
• Maintain relationships with prior partners for future services.
• Write weekly reports to management detailing completed tasks.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• One year of experience in Customer Service Management (CRM) and software inputting.
• Reliable transportation.
