About the position
The Childcare Three's Teacher at The Learning Experience is responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. This role involves implementing the proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum, managing classroom activities, and fostering relationships with families and coworkers. Responsibilities
- Lead classroom management and supervision to ensure a safe and engaging learning environment.
- Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum to inspire a love of learning in children.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their children's progress and achievements.
- Build relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic learning environment.
- Observe and adhere to all health, safety, and regulatory guidelines pertaining to child care.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of professional teaching experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. for child handling and safety.
