The primary purpose of this position is to be responsible for the preparation, service, and sale of food in sufficient quantities while maintaining required nutrition and quality. The role involves ensuring timely preparation to meet service schedules and handling food in accordance with sanitary standards. The individual will enforce standards of recipes and portion control to prevent food waste and assure high-quality productions, as well as care for and cleanliness of equipment. Maintaining a high standard of quality in food production, service, sanitation, and safety practices is essential.
