Evac is majority owned by leading a European private equity fund with the aim to accelerate profitable growth through organic initiatives and M&A. Role Overview We are now looking for a Chief Strategy Officer to be responsible for the end‑to‑end execution of Evac’s Strategy. This includes strategic transformation, rigorous performance management, and leading the company’s M&A agenda from lead identification through to post‑merger integration. Acting as a hands‑on execution partner to the Group Leadership Team and the Board of Directors, the Chief Strategy Officer ensures that Evac’s strategic ambitions translate into tangible results, on time and at scale. The position also acts as a key interface with the Board on strategic initiatives and ensures the organisation invests in the right initiatives, delivers them well, and achieves measurable business impact, while building long-term delivery capability. We are looking for a strong, purpose-driven leader who will be shaping and executing the Evac strategy by supporting and challenging the business owners in their responsibilities. You have an entrepreneurial and proactive mindset and strong commercial and financial know-how. You have a strong track record in executing business development programs with tangible results. You are strategic while still being operational and an active member of the group leadership team in leading the growth phase of our business. The location of the role is open and will require frequent travel and regular presence at Evac headquarters in Finland. The role reports to the CEO and acts as the critical partner in driving Evac’s value creation agenda, acting as an execution partner to the management team and a key interface to the Board of Directors.
