About the position

The Chief of Staff at Park Square Homes is a pivotal role designed to support the CEO and the executive team in driving the company's strategic growth. This position involves overseeing key initiatives, ensuring accountability for company-wide goals, and enhancing operational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic insight, operational expertise, and strong leadership skills, with a focus on managing complex projects and fostering collaboration across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the CEO in day-to-day operational management of the business and ensure the company's top priorities are effectively executed.
  • Own prioritization and execution of key company strategic initiatives by partnering with the executive team and internal functions.
  • Enhance the effectiveness of key meetings by setting effective agendas and driving high-quality content and output, including preparation and meeting follow-ups.
  • Support the development and drive the scorecard success metrics and KPIs, monitoring key metrics and flagging areas of concern.
  • Own and continuously improve company operating cadence, including executive team meetings, leadership offsites, quarterly goal reviews, and quarterly board meetings.
  • Seek areas for improvement and innovation to enhance overall business operations and drive growth.
  • Assist with communications between leadership and the wider team.
  • Lead the preparation and development of all executive presentations for various meetings and events.
  • Manage the Document Control Manager and Driver, with a dotted line relationship to the Executive Assistant and Office Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with proven experience in a Chief of Staff or operations leadership role.
  • 2+ years of direct people management experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management and analytical skills.
  • Experience operating within the Traction EOS framework is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to quickly understand the business and related tools and protocols.
  • Advanced proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
