The CEEO will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent while ensuring our workplace culture reflects our values and supports business objectives. National Corporate housing is undergoing an HR transformation and needs an experienced HR leader to drive the change, mentor the HR leadership team, and move the HR Team from a fulfillment center to a strategic advisor. We have an HR Team that is split between our DTC headquarters and multiple remote locations across the country.
