About The Position
This position acts in the place of the County Attorney in their absence, specifically for the designated Division. It is the second in command, below the County Attorney and above all other positions. Upon request, this role assists the County Attorney with all departmental functions and personnel. The position is responsible for handling the most complex litigation.
