About The Position

Develop new and improved products to meet customer demands in a rapid manner. Interact with suppliers to identify and qualify raw materials. Provide technical support to all company departments including Sales, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Quality Control. Support Technical Sales by attending product trials at customer sites. Create detailed technical reports by organizing and summarizing work. Characterize, handle, label, inspect, and dispose of hazardous waste in accordance with environmental regulations. Serve as a mentor to less experienced technical staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of industrial experience, including product development and formulation.
  • Knowledge in polymers, lubricants, coatings, emulsions, and surface chemistry.
  • Knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes.

Nice To Haves

  • Wood & Paper industry knowledge a plus.
