Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment according to training and work instructions to ensure safety and product quality.
- Prepare mixing vessels, pumps, and hoses for unloading.
- Inspect containers for cleanliness and integrity before filling.
- Fill containers as per batch tickets and prepare them for shipment, including labeling and palletizing.
- Complete batch-related documentation accurately and thoroughly.
- Calculate batch yields and respond appropriately.
- Store and stage inventory for batch preparation and shipping.
- Assist in tracking material inventory and performing inventory counts.
- Load raw materials into production vessels safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety policies.
- Provide immediate containment and reporting of spills or leaks.
- Operate forklifts and other motorized vehicles safely.
- Assist in investigating and resolving customer complaints.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret batch sheets, SOPs, and work instructions.
- Positive team-oriented attitude.
- Reliable attendance.
- Demonstrate basic mathematical skills and precision in dealing with figures.
