This is a Chef position that offers a fantastic opportunity in a 100% scratch kitchen. The role involves managing all dining room and kitchen systems, running effective shifts, and providing direction, coaching, training, and development for assistant managers and team members. Key responsibilities include ensuring consistent execution of systems, standards, and cost controls, communicating effectively with all stakeholders, maintaining facility cleanliness, overseeing BOH schedules and staffing, managing BOH budgets, interviewing and hiring, and ensuring all food and service standards are met to provide an exceptional guest experience. The position requires the ability to handle multiple priorities, work under stress, and exercise good judgment.
