Together, we collaborate to turn data into meaningful insights that have a direct impact on patients’ lives and support Pfizer’s ambition to be a data‑driven pharmaceutical powerhouse. As a function in the Global Commercial Analytics (GCA) division within Pfizer, Integrated Insights & Strategy (IIS) plays a critical role to enable Pfizer’s commercial brand strategy. The team acts as internal consultants and brand strategists, partnering with commercial and cross‑functional leaders to activate data‑driven problem solving in ways that are executable, impactful, and unlocks value. The IIS Manager is accountable for the delivery of high quality and impactful strategic business decision support to business leaders in Canada. This role leads performance measurement, informs investment decisions, and guides inline and launch strategies for priority brands/portfolios. The incumbent is accountable for the design and execution of analytics, insights plans and delivering actionable insights that result in direct business impact. This person must be a deep therapeutic area expert, capable business analyst, an agile project manager, and a proactive thought-partner.
