About the position

As a Chauffeur at Turning Stone Enterprises, you will play a crucial role in providing safe and efficient transportation for guests, executives, and entertainers. Your responsibilities will include planning routes, ensuring timely arrivals, and delivering exceptional guest service. This position requires a strong commitment to safety and professionalism, along with a comprehensive knowledge of the services offered by Turning Stone Casino Resort.

Responsibilities

• Transport guests, executives, and entertainers to and from requested locations safely and efficiently.
• Prepare maps, directions, and alternate routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
• Conduct thorough inspections of the vehicle before each trip to ensure cleanliness and adequate fuel and supplies.
• Display thorough knowledge of all services, promotions, and events offered by Turning Stone Casino Resort.
• Complete all required operational forms and reports as per policies and procedures.
• Assist Bus Drivers when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Services Manager/Supervisors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Professional Limousine Driver preferred.
• Valid Commercial Driver License (Class B or CDL) with passenger endorsement (no restrictions).
• Ability to meet NYS insurance requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
