Requirements
- Experience in engine repairs
- Ability to perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on customer equipment
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing a wide range of mechanical systems with minimal supervision
- Skill in maintaining accurate service documentation, including work orders and reports within company systems
- Knowledge of and adherence to company safety policies and industry regulations
- Effective communication skills with customers, team members, and leadership
- Ability to identify opportunities for equipment reliability and uptime improvements
