About the position

The Scaled Partnerships team is seeking a Channel Strategist to develop the strategy to acquire and activate priority Meta partners to increase overall engagement and consumption across the Meta platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partner acquisition strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and acquiring new cohorts of partners that do not yet have a Meta presence
  • Developing and executing a go-to-market strategy for new partners
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the partner ecosystem
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of the partner acquisition strategy

Requirements

  • 8+ years of work experience in strategy consulting, business development, or at large content/developer platforms
  • Demonstrated communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing partner acquisition strategies that drive growth
  • Experience demonstrating thoughtful risk-taking, challenging the status quo, and driving innovation
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing in a highly-matrixed company
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other scaled outreach/acquisition tools
  • Previous experience working with large content or developer platforms, or management consulting in a generalist role
  • MBA or other relevant master's degree
