About the position

The Channel Marketing Manager at WisdomTree is responsible for leading the Channel Marketing team, focusing on strategy, planning, and execution of initiatives that support integrated Sales and Marketing distribution efforts. The role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who excels in collaboration and can independently drive results. Success in this position involves developing targeted marketing campaigns, engaging stakeholders, tracking performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement highly targeted account-based marketing campaigns to drive client engagement and meet key business objectives.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to ensure alignment and optimize campaign success.
  • Act as a liaison between Marketing and Sales, deepening relationships and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Plan for and attend firm-specific conferences and events as needed.
  • Measure and report on the impact of Marketing initiatives, leveraging data to refine strategies and demonstrate ROI.
  • Manage legal, compliance, and partner-firm approval processes to ensure all materials meet required standards.
  • Represent Marketing in cross-functional presentations and discussions with Sales teams, reinforcing consistent messaging.
  • Monitor competitive trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in asset management, with knowledge or understanding of wirehouse, independent broker-dealer, and RIA channels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and written communication expertise.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously while fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Client-focused orientation with an ability to balance empathy, thoughtfulness, and conviction.
  • Familiarity with evolving marketing technologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
