This position supports a Part 135 operation flying a Challenger 300 based in Dallas, TX. The typical schedule is 8 hard days off per month, with average annual flight time of approximately 280-310 hours. The operation is crewed by 2 captains and primarily conducts domestic and international flights, including owner travel and charter missions. The Pilot in Command (PIC) is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of assigned aircraft, ensuring compliance with all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), company policies, and operational procedures. The PIC will manage all aspects of flight preparation and execution, including crew coordination, risk management, and passenger service. This role requires exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and a strong focus on safety and customer service. The PIC serves as the final authority on all decisions regarding the aircraft and its operation.
