About the position
Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season to assist customers in completing their taxes using TurboTax products. This role involves providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, and managing product inquiries, all while working remotely and collaborating with a dedicated team.
Responsibilities
- Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products.
- Provide tax advice and full-service return preparation.
- Perform tax calculations and manage product/software inquiries.
- Utilize government websites and professional resources to deliver accurate answers to customers.
- Document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
- Possess an active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney.
- Strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
- Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
- Excellent customer service skills.
