About The Position
This is a Locum Tenens position for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) specializing in General anesthesia. The role is based in a hospital setting in Midwest City, OK, and requires both clinical and call coverage. The coverage period is from July 27, 2026, ongoing, with a clinical shift schedule of Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3 PM. Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance are covered. The CRNA will provide anesthesia services for a variety of cases including general, orthopedic, endo/GI, ENT (some pediatrics), GYN, spine, and cath lab. The position involves participating in a call rotation as the late person with minimal overnight call-ins and collaborating with a stable team of CRNAs. Accurate documentation and adherence to hospital policies are essential.
Requirements
- Active OK license
- Board Certification Required
- Adult and Pediatric patient experience
- Experience in General, Orthopedic, Endo/GI, ENT, GYN, Spine, and Cath Lab cases
Nice To Haves
- BLS, ACLS certification
- Regional anesthesia proficiency (training available)
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services for general, orthopedic, endo/GI, ENT (including some pediatrics), GYN, spine, and cath lab cases.
- Practice to the full scope of CRNA license, excluding obstetrics.
- Participate in call rotation as the late person with minimal overnight call-ins.
