About the position

Join our Springdale, AR team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) at Northwest Medical Center Springdale, a 308-bed licensed acute care facility. Our mission is to provide better healthcare, better teamwork, and a lasting impact on the community we serve. This full-time opportunity offers flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs while you work alongside a close-knit team of eight CRNAs. You will provide anesthetic care in a Level II trauma center, handling a variety of cases including general, GYN, urology, bariatrics, GI/endo, ortho, podiatry, and ENT (including pediatrics). The position includes back-up call from home with a rotation of 1:8.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthetic care alongside a team of physicians and CRNAs.
• Manage anesthesia for a variety of surgical cases including general, GYN, urology, bariatrics, GI/endo, ortho, podiatry, and ENT (including pediatrics).
• Participate in back-up call from home with a rotation of 1:8.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a CRNA in Arkansas.
• Commitment to continuous improvement, patient safety, and excellence in anesthesia care.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
