About the position

Arbor's Luxurious Assisted Living Community is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to join their team. As a Certified Nursing Assistant at The Arbor Company, your work matters. You will provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in their activities of daily living, encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other, and create a safe environment where residents can thrive. You will also assist residents with medications, treatments, and health monitoring, responding to their needs compassionately and using excellent communication skills to report changes and updates on resident conditions. Additionally, you will coach and lead other care department team members on your shift.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience as a Nursing Assistant
• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant - C.N.A
