We are seeking licensed CNAs and experienced HHAs who are confident in their skills and committed to delivering high-quality care in a home setting. This role is ideal for professionals who prefer one-on-one care over facility work and want to build meaningful relationships with their clients. Flexible Scheduling We offer a variety of shift options to fit your availability, examples include: Morning shifts: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM Short or split shifts: 2–3 hours (AM or PM) Standard shifts: 4–6 hours Extended shifts: 7–12 hours (day or overnight) 12-hour day and overnight shifts are widely available Private duty schedules vary based on client needs, with opportunities for consistent, ongoing cases. Requirements
- Active Florida CNA license or certified/experienced Home Health Aide
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Hands-on CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- TB test within the last 6 months or chest X-ray within the last 5 years
- Level 2 AHCA background screening (or willingness to complete)
- Strong clinical skills, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Consistent reliability, punctuality, and strong communication skills
Responsibilities
